  This is my favorite branch to go to, even though I moved a little farther away, I like coming here for the great service and welcoming staff.

  This is a great branch that I have been using for 9 years now. I especially appreciate Cathy Dow who has been a huge help for me the entire time, please keep up the good work!

  US Bank has the worst customer service. The 1st time I tried to set up an auto pay on a vehicle loan it took me 5 months! I printed and mailed the set up form the 1st try, got a letter stating they cancelled auto pay, keep in mind it was never even set up yet. The other 4 times I went into the OP location and had 3 failed attempts. One of which I received a letter stating it was set up and it didn't process. Luckily I checked the account online and saw this, but still resulted in a late payment. Finally this was set up correctly about a year ago. I have since changed personal banks, so I am now in the process of trying to set it up again. 1st attempt has failed, I will return to the location and being trying again. Can't wait to pay the truck off so I never have to deal with this horrible business again.
