  I've been with Valley View Bank for about eleven years now. I've had so few negative experiences that I can not recall any. Recently there was blunder I made with a check I was depositing. I called in and spoke with Brandy in customer service. The mess that it was, she was a banking wizard and resolved the issue.

  I was with Valley View bank for over 30 years, and last year I had enough. They have gotten too big and their customer service has suffered a great deal. Donetta Holland is the rudest employee at the bank. She is a liar and tried to get me in a lot of trouble with my parents. Fortunately we caught her in her lie. We talked to the bank president and he defended her. Big mistake, as they lost all of our families business, as well as my company account.

  Very helpful with our non-profit business accounts - both Cub Scout and Boy Scouts. They have zero fee account options (unless you have massive numbers of items being processed). They allow ACH payments (like Square Card Reader) so you can easily set up third party credit card acceptance systems. Their staff have always been helpful and courteous, explaining how the account and banking work to our non-financially trained volunteers. Unfortunately, the e-statements don't work like you'd think they would, requiring a complicated account setup and login process for each person that needs online access to view statements. Their online system is fair, but overly complex for our needs. Hence just 4 stars. Overall, I'll continue to bank there and recommend them to any non-profit organization needing a simple banking solution with third party credit card acceptance.
