  I worked with Charles Jones Jr at Mortgage Lenders of America and he was awesome!! He made you feel that he was personally vested in your process and would be there every step of the way. He called and emailed me with new information to help keep the stress minimized. He explored all of my options to ensure I was getting the best deal possible! I'm just so happy that we found him! They closed on our loan on the estimated closing date. I'm so happy in our new home!

  Just closed on my house today! David Barber made this whole process worth it. I had a tricky situation and any other lender probably would have thrown in the towel. But David made sure to stick it out to the end and do everything he could to make this happen for me. I couldn't have asked for a better, more personal experience.

  My boyfriend unfortunately went with this company for his VA mortgage loan and we nearly lost our dream home. They denied and refused to work with him any further...three days before his closing. Beyond that, our particular loan officer's ability to answer phone calls and communicate was the definition of unprofessional. Writing negative reviews sucks, doesn't feel good. But if this saves another person from potentially losing their dream home and being homeless, then that makes this worth it. Thankfully, a local mortgage company swooped in and saved the day in our situation...in 10 days.

  The buyers of our home used this company for their loan. This is the first bad review I have ever wrote. I am taking the time to do this to seriously warn anyone who considers this company. Amanda Meyers was the loan officer. Through out the whole process the loan officer was unprofessional and had poor communication. She was not prompt with her replies and was very vague. Through out the whole 9 weeks we were told everything was good to go with the file. Friday night before our Tuesday close she calls our buyers and tells them we will not be closing on time. At this point everything was set in stone on our end for scheduling. My wife is 9 months pregnant. I'm active duty military and our kids school was starting the day after closing. Also uhaul rental, moving help, and time off work was all set up. Over the weekend our buyers were able to get Amanda's supervisors to pull the file from her and take over. On Monday morning Mike Klema informs us they can't provide approval and the deal is all off. We now can not close on our dream home and have lost all things invested. When I asked Mike why it didn't get approved he said there was some income issues and they needed a employer verification. This was 1 day before closing!!! This is something that should have been caught 2 weeks into the loan max! Not the day before closing when everyone has so much on the line. Now 6 people have lost a lot from this whole deal with 0 compensation. I strongly urge for potential clients to please not use this company. I am honestly trying to save you heartache.
