- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This company lead by Dan and Penni are crookS beware!! Do not lend money from anyone associated to them AKA capassist. My story is this. I desperately needed money for my business so I accepted their ridiculous rates. (50% due in 3 months) because Stuart from Capassist assured me I can call him and reduce the daily payments if need be. So that's what I did, everything was going smooth for a while until one day when I asked for a further reduction, without any notification or response they sued me! Again, I never missed 1 payment! Now I'm dealing with a law suit in Kansas. Trust me from my experience all these cash advance companies are crooks but this one takes the cake. DO NOT use them no matter how desperate you are. Right now I'm drowning in attorney fees and I am contemplating bankruptcy because of them and I never even missed a payment! Beware this company is dishonest, has no morale. No integrity.
