  Ron took forever to file paperwork, though anything he sent me HAD to be returned immediately (via fax, though that technology seems to be out of date in every other industry). It's likely he was stalling as interest rates were looking to creep up. I finally gave a deadline and he managed to get everything through the next day, managing to add a few thousand dollars onto my loan. He then referred me to an insurance broker (appears to be connected to LeaderOne in some way)who made mistakes on my forms. When I corrected those, my insurance tripled. Those mistakes may have been intentional or just sloppy...either way, it's no way to do business. The company overall seems lazy, unmotivated, looking for ways to scrape extra money out of their clients. Avoid.
