Every step of the process was explained and as soon as we provided the necessary documentation they took care of all that needed to be accomplished. We utilized our VA loan benefit. The team from Inlanta Mortgage researched what was needed to enable us to utilize the energy efficiency upgrade benefit offered by the VA so that we were able to add the bulk of the cost of replacing our air conditioning to our loan. Our agent has been in real estate for over 50 years. She couldn't believe how efficiently and professionally the team from Inlanta processed our paperwork. We were able to close 9 days earlier than expected which please us as well as the sellers. We consider ourselves truly blessed to have found Inlanta Mortgage.
